An Island Electrician. The first 6 months

Welcome to my 1st ever blog! Never did I imagine this time last year that in 12 months time I would be writing about my first 6 months running my own electrical business on the wonderful Isle of Arran.

I had to put my fear of birds to the back of my mind on this job

A lot has happened in 6 months, I've been busy since day one. Working on Arran is a lot different to anywhere I've ever worked before, and I've worked in Afghanistan and South Sudan! To say life goes on at a gentle pace is an understatement. I've loved every minute of every job I've been on so far, and built up a great relationship with many clients.

I am just getting the hand of this website malarkey, but hopefully this is the first of many blogs documenting my life as an island sparky.
